We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Early Childhood Policy Manager specializing in early care and education to help advance policies that support young children, families, and the early childhood workforce. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about using research, data, and stakeholder engagement to improve access, quality, and equity within early care and education systems. The Policy Manager will play a key role in shaping and analyzing policy, convening partners, and navigating the legislative landscape to drive impactful, statewide change for children ages zero to five.
